We came home from vacation to a bubble in our pantry ceiling. It was filled with water, we immediately reached out to our real estate agent and friend who connected us with Alma. I sent her a photo and within 30 seconds I had a text message back asking questions and setting up a time for her to come over, she came to the house within 30 minutes. Identified the problem and got the ball rolling. Did I mention it was Labor Day?! I feel customer service is a lost art and she nailed it. So grateful for the connection and I have no doubt she’ll continue to do an incredible job. I am saving her number so if anyone ever needs a general contractor or immediate help with a water issue, I can refer them. They will be in great hands, like we are.

Peace of mind
Over the weekend we had a leak in our cieling, of course the first thing we did was panic. My neighbor who recently had a similar issue told me about Quick Dry. When we reached out she reassured us that she has our back through the whole process and will do multiple tests for moisture and mold. (We have little ones so that definitely gave us some peace of mind. ) and also complete the repairs as well. They turned such a stressful situation into a quick fix and I'm extremely grateful.

We were very impressed with the service provided to us by “Quick Dry.” They provided excellent service and great communication throughout our restoration journey. We had 2 roof leaks after the recent monsoon season… They also discovered some mold from a previous leak and stepped up to the plate to fix it completely! a year ago Alma and her team identified the source of my bathroom leak and quickly assessed all of the damage it had caused before any mold set in. They arrived to set up their equipment and monitored it day by day to make sure all the moisture had left the room. In the end they repaired my leaking water lines, replaced a section of drywall behind my sink, and the vanity cabinet it was attached to. The quote was very fair and the quality of work was exceptional! All of my concerns were met with a quick & thorough response along the restoration process. I would highly recommend Quick Dry to anyone in need!
