These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website quickdryresto.com and any related services provided by Quick Dry Water Restoration ("Quick Dry," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Website use

The content on quickdryresto.com is provided for general informational purposes about Quick Dry Water Restoration's services. Nothing on the site constitutes a binding offer; actual service engagements are governed by a written estimate or work authorization signed by both parties.

You agree not to use the website to transmit malicious code, scrape content at a rate that degrades service for others, or submit false service requests.

Service engagements

When you request service through our website, by phone, or by text, you are inviting Quick Dry to contact you about the requested work. A service relationship is formed only upon a written work authorization or estimate acceptance. Quoted prices are estimates until a written scope of work is agreed to in writing.

We are licensed in the State of Arizona (AZ ROC #350346), bonded, and insured. Work is performed to IICRC standards by certified technicians.

SMS Terms

Quick Dry Water Restoration operates an internal SMS lead-notification program through Twilio. The program is intended for on-call Quick Dry staff only and sends an SMS alert when a prospective customer submits a lead form on quickdryresto.com.

  • Program name: Quick Dry Water Restoration — Lead Notifications.
  • Message frequency: varies with lead volume; typically 0–10 messages per day per enrolled number.
  • Message content: customer name, phone number, service requested, and ZIP code so an on-call technician can return the call promptly.
  • Carriers: message and data rates may apply. Quick Dry Water Restoration is not responsible for carrier fees.
  • Opt-out: enrolled staff may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help or contact us at 602-377-1170.
  • Consent: enrollment is limited to Quick Dry Water Restoration staff who have provided prior express consent to receive SMS lead notifications as part of their on-call duties. We do not enroll customers or the general public in SMS messaging.
  • Privacy: see our Privacy Policy for details on how SMS opt-in data is handled. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Intellectual property

The Quick Dry Water Restoration name, logo, mascot, site content, and photography are the property of Quick Dry Water Restoration or its licensors. You may not reproduce, republish, or use these materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

No warranty

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep service descriptions, pricing guidance, and availability accurate but make no guarantee that the site is error-free or always available.

Warranties on completed restoration work, when offered, are set out separately in the written work authorization for that job.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, Quick Dry Water Restoration is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the website. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the website is limited to the amount you paid Quick Dry, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the website shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
